The N (Northern Line) and E (Eastern Line) are served by the same trains travelling from N8 - Mo Chit in the north passing through the C (Central) interchange station - Siam to E9 - On Nut in the east. Likewise the W (Western Line) and S (Southern Line) are served by trains that pass through Siam between W1 - National Stadium to S6 - Saphan Taksin.

The extension from On Nut to Soi Bearing between Soi Sukhumvit 105 and 107 was opened on August 12, 2011, to coincide with HM the Queen’s birthday.

Bangkok’s popular mass transit system, the Skytrain, has added another five new stations on its Sukhumvit Line. These are Bang Chak (E10), Punnavithi (#11), Udomsuk (E12), Bang Na (E13) and Bearing (E14).

E10 - Bang Chak

E11 - Punnavithi

Dhammamongkol Temple on Soi Punnawithi with very tall and well decorated chedi which also houses jade Buddha and Kuan Yin image. Chanapatana International Design Institute which is founded by the temple is also situated on the same soi.


E12 - Udomsuk

E14 - Bearing

The eastern terminus point of the BTS system in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration area.

Si Lom Line - Western & Southern services - West to South

This line has been extended on to the west bank of the Chao Phraya River. The extension is due to open in early to mid 2009 after safety tests have been completed.
