Spicy Grilled Beef Salad (Yam Nuea Yang)
Ingredients (Per 1 serving):
80 grams Beef fillet
Ingredients for dressing:
1 Hot chilli, finely chopped
1. Marinate beef with seasoning soy sauce for 30 minutes.
2. Grill over medium heat, turning regularly until it is medium or well cooked. Slice thinly and set aside.
3. Prepare dressing by mixing chopped chilli, garlic, lime juice, fish sauce and sugar together.
4. Add beef slices, shallot, tomato, cucumber and Chinese celery, toss well and serve.
